Chadwick Nott have received instruction for an experienced Telecoms Solicitor to join a leading 'Top 100' law firm.

This role will sit within the commercial property team in the specialist property telecoms team who have vast experience in this sector acting for operators, landlords, funders and investors. The successful candidate will be required to advice on acquisitions, disposals, contract and lease negotiations, Code powers and '54 Act renewals. Previous experience of working in the telecoms sector and a sound knowledge of the 2003 telecoms code is essential.

You can expect to act for leading commercial clients and will be expected to independently manage your own caseload which will vary in complexity.
