Projects Senior Associate / Legal Director
Chadwick Nott have received instruction on a new high-end opportunity with one of our top tier clients and one of the South West's leading law firms. On offer is the chance for an ambitious and high-quality senior Projects Solicitor to join a nationally-leading team, which is going from strength to strength.
This opportunity is flexible in terms of location and candidates will be considered across any of their offices including London and home-based candidates will also be considered, providing they can travel to London or Exeter.
The successful candidate will find themselves joining a Projects Team with leading expertise and national recognition in operational PPP and PFI projects across a variety of sectors. The team also has a fast growing reputation for infrastructure secondary markets transactions, particularly in the waste and resource management sector.
Successful candidates can expect to work closely with a varied and high quality client base which includes:
- Leading equity investors;
- Major international service providers;
- Government Departments, Agencies;
- NHS Trusts;
- 'Blue light' authorities;
- Development finance institutions; and
- Educational establishments.
- Furthermore, you would be working as part of an award-winning team which is ranked in Chambers' Band 2 UK-wide and working with some Leading Individuals, including a 'Hall of Famer.'
On offer is the chance to work closely with Partners, developing and eventually taking ownership of existing client relationships (so no following is necessary). Starting at either Senior Associate or Salaried Partner-level, there is also plenty of opportunity to progress your career as part of a meritocratic and collegiate team.
In order to be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years' post-qualified experience in Projects Law, gained from a reputable firm.
