The Role:

• This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join the firm's dynamic office in Harrogate, with hybrid working in place
• To align with the firm's amiable ethos, you will be a personable and motivated individual, keen to build upon the strong client base in and around the area, which also includes HNW individuals
• You will manage a diverse caseload of sale and purchase matters from file opening to completion, including freehold and leasehold transactions
• You can expect to receive a high level of support and significant investment in your professional development - you will be working alongside respected Lawyers, who will give you the platform to further expand your Conveyancing network and progress through the ranks

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Fee Earner with a minimum of 1-year PQE
• Well-organised and proactive
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good written and oral communication skills
