Corporate Finance Lawyer - 2+ PQE
Location: Bristol
Our client is a Top 50 law firm and leader in the South West. They now have an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with experience in Corporate Finance to join their expanding Tier 1-ranked team which competes directly with City firms.
As a lawyer in this team, you would be advising on complex mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and equity capital markets amongst other things, working for a range of national and international clients in both the public and private sector. The work spans multiple sectors including transport, energy, technology and finance, making it a varied and exciting area to work in.
