Commercial Property Solicitor – NQ+

A leading UK law firm with a network of offices and the first top 100 law firm to achieve “Gold Standard” Investors in People now seeks an Associate to join their growing Real Estate team.

This role provides an opportunity to focus on residential and mixed-use development work and will give you the platform to act for a number of local and national residential developers, housebuilders, retirement living developers, PLC developers and land promoters. This will entail supporting the team in negotiating; conditional planning contracts for land purchase, option agreements, land promotion agreements and hybrid agreements, as well as land sales, sub-sales, and development agreements.

There will also be the opportunity to support the team in wider, general real estate matters including corporate support work, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters and property finance transactions.

Ideally, they are looking for individuals at the NQ – 2 PQE level who have had prior commercial real estate or residential property experience.

You will be able to demonstrate your passion for real estate having spent time in a commercial real estate or residential development specific department as a trainee or in your post-qualification experience.
