COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
You will provide legal advice to a range of clients, including the negotiation and drafting of documentation and assume responsibility for important elements of the work that are handled by a designated Partner/Associate. Proactively develop new business opportunities from internal cross-referrals, existing clients and other professionals. Management of Client/matter files and meeting agreed targets for chargeable time, fee income generated, billing and fee collection. You will have a sound knowledge of the law requisite for working in a Commercial Property team. The ability to act independently to a reasonably high level, but also to work with more experienced Partners, Associates and Fee Earners on more complex and specialised matters as required. Experience of building relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals including a natural ability to promote marketing and business development initiatives in a dynamic way. Proven attention to detail and drafting skills and the ability to adapt to a broad range of situations and circumstances and remain calm under pressure.
