Conveyancing Manager
West Yorkshire (Remote Working)
£44,000 - £46,000

Are you a conveyancer with experience managing people? Do you want to work full-time from home? Do you want the capacity to earn a quarterly bonus? A benefits package to include Bupa private medical, life assurance and a budget for "fun" team building? If so, apply now!

The firm:
Our client is a premium conveyancing service and is one of the top ten largest conveyancers in the UK. It has a great reputation, offers a bespoke conveyancing service, and prides itself on its 'extreme flexibility' policy which allows colleagues to fit work around life.

The role:
You will join as a conveyancing manager heading up one of its teams of around 8/10 conveyancers. You will handle a small caseload of around 10/15 matters, but the main bulk of the role will entail providing leadership to your team, contributing to recruitment, and advising on strategic projects.

The person:
Our client is seeking a technically strong conveyancer with over eight years’ previous experience running a mixed residential caseload along with management experience (this is essential) as you must be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and run a successful team. You must be committed to embracing new technologies like paperless conveyancing along with being passionate about delivering an excellent client service.

What's on offer?
Quarterly bonuses, flexible working arrangements, professional development, modern IT infrastructure, a fantastic collaborative and supportive working environment.
