Real Estate Paralegal

A renowned Global law firm are looking to recruit a paralegal to join the Real Estate team in their Bristol office. This is a permanent position.

Our client provides advice on property investment and development, planning and disputes, dealing with large development companies, banks, pension funds, private investors and retail funds.

The successful applicant will be managing a busy caseload of transactions, managing straightforward purchases and sales, dealing with completion and post-completion registrations etc., and other general paralegal and administrative tasks.

Candidates must possess significant relevant experience gained form a well-known law firm(s), excellent academics (including a good law degree), and you may be working towards CILEX (not essential). However, excellent IT and organisational skills are essential.

Career progression is possible in due course for the right candidate.

Candidates must live in (or very near to) Bristol in order to be considered for this role.
