Commercial Property Lawyer

Sellick Partnership are recruiting to a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly team within a highly regarded local authority in the North West.

As Commercial Property Lawyer, you will be required to handle a range of property law matters, including leases, licenses and sales and purchases of land, and landlord and tenant matters.

The successful candidate will join the team for an initial 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The client is ideally looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join them full time but is open to considering candidates on a part time basis.

Previous public sector experience is desirable, although Commercial Property Lawyers from Private Practice backgrounds are still encouraged to apply.
