An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join one of the Top 500 firms in central Altrincham.


Main Duties:
  • Dealing with commercial and corporate clients 
  • Giving HR advice 
  • Dealing with tribunal claims
  • Managing discrimination claims 
  • Efficiently managing disciplinary and grievance issues that may occur 
  • Advise and support with TUPE 
  • Business development opportunities to help grow the department 
Ideal Candidate:
  • UK qualified Solicitor
  • 1+ PQE
  • Able to deal with high-value and complex cases
  • Build rapport and trust with clients
