Associate GC - Pharma - London or Amsterdam (hybrid working)

Our client is a developing international pharma who now seek an Associate General Counsel to join their small but strategically important legal team.

The role will be responsible for providing legal and compliance related advice to the company's EU businesses and the European HQ during a period of significant growth. Supporting and working closely with the General Counsel (and deputising for the GC where agreed),  the Associate General Counsel will be a key member of the legal function and have a broad commercial remit but will support and work particularly closely with the business development department on transactional  areas such as 'in and out' licensing and acquisitions. 

You will be an experienced, EU or UK qualified corporate/commercial lawyer, with significant experience of working in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industries at a country and ideally European regional level, who is able to anticipate, address and manage the legal needs of a diverse client base and growing business, is able to build strong relationships and who acts with the highest integrity at all times.
