We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor with between 2 to 5 years PQE to join a Legal 500 Tier 1 Department of a firm based in Essex.

The Firm

Our client is a highly regarded practice who upholds an excellent reputation in the Essex area.

This position would suit a success-driven Solicitor, who is passionate about their specialism and seeks an opportunity to work as part of a market-leading team who pride themselves on providing quality, tailored legal advice.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will work directly alongside five of the firm's Partners and will handle a broad range of high value matters on behalf of a very impressive client base. The role will include:

  • Preparing all variations of leases (including extensions, renewals and surrenders) along with generally advising on landlord and tenant issues
  • Advising on acquisitions and disposals of land/property as well as providing general planning advice
  • Advising on refinancing (including loan facility arrangements for private lenders) and sales and leasebacks of commercial property
  • Working with the renewable energy team to assist with large scale solar schemes, wind farms and more
  • Assisting senior team members where necessary and developing own client base portfolio

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 year's PQE experience
  • Proven record of wide-ranging experience in handling commercial property matters
  • Can demonstrate strong commercial awareness and acumen
  • Illustrates passion and enthusiasm for their specialism
