The Role
This role is a succession opportunity in the firm’s commercial property practice. The department operates on an advisory “business partnering” basis with clients across a range of sectors, including: 

• Manufacturing
• Retail
• Leisure & Hospitality
• Healthcare
• Rural

The mix of high-quality work includes landlord & tenant; acquisitions and disposals; property finance/investment; and commercial & residential development.

You
An experienced commercial properly lawyer, you may have a range of sector exposure and/or an array of transactional experience. Alternatively, your current practice might be narrower and more focussed. What is key here is your passion and ambition to play a key role in the development of the practice and your own career.

You won’t need a client following - there is a ready-made client base to partner with and you will enjoy managing and developing rewarding client relationships.
