Junior Debt Finance Lawyer

A boutique alternative investment firm with a strong impact investing and purpose focus is looking to hire an ambitious junior banking lawyer to work directly with one of the lending teams. As part of a supportive medium sized legal team you will be required to draft loan agreements with values of up to £10m in the areas of property finance, structured finance, asset finance and bridging loans. You will run the process from the deal getting approved through to completion with more commercial exposure than a junior lawyer would normally get. You will be required to deal with some legal matters outside of pure transactional work such as projects, drafting contracts and general in-house legal advice as well as potentially supporting other areas of the business such as investment trust work.
