THE ROLE

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Solicitor 5+ PQE with a City law firm background to handle a combined knowledge management and commercial role covering;

Funds /Investment management

Drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements

Company Secretarial duties

The role will also involve providing know how support, creating and maintaining legal precedents, templates and reference materials.

THE CANDIDATE

You will ideally have 5-10 PQE with a corporate transactional, funds or a finance background

You will have excellent technical and drafting skills

You will be ready to make a career move in house to a part time role working 3 days per week

In return, you will be working set hours with some WFH
