Finance Lawyer

Finance – Securitisation - Derivatives – 2-4 pqe - London

We are mandated on two new roles for our premier international client. Of particular note is the impressive breadth of high profile clients that this team works with; leading financial institutions, sponsors, corporates and other market participants and consequently the range of asset classes, jurisdictions and product types.

You will have 2-4 years’ experience in structured finance, securitisation and/or derivatives and will be interested in working alongside an experienced team of senior lawyers. The role requires you to be E&W or common law qualified and have an appetite for working on bespoke deals for an international client base. The firm offers superb training, opportunities for client and overseas secondments.
