The Role:

• This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Commercial Property Senior Associate to join the firm's dynamic office in York, with hybrid working in place
• The leading Commercial Property team collectively possess extensive knowledge on a full spectrum of transactions and developments, with clients ranging from well-known investors and SMEs to private individuals across the retail, sports and hospitality industries
• To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant, secured borrowing and lending, title queries and registration work
• As a Senior Associate, you will have the opportunity to closely mentor the junior members of the team and get involved in business development
• This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda - the firm are succession planning and keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers, providing you with the platform for future partnership

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 4 to 7 years PQE
• Strong business development capabilities
