Our legal 500 client based in Essex are seeking a Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer/Conveyancing Executive/Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' experience of handling a mixed caseload of residential matters, to join a busy and well respected Residential Real Estate team.
What does the role entail?
As the Solicitor/Conveyancer within the team you will be dealing with a wide rang of property services such as:
- High net worth sales and purchase of leasehold and freehold property;
- re-mortgages;
- equity releases;
- new build/plots;
- tenancy agreements;
- transfer of equity
The role will involve marketing and business development
What skills will you have?
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience of dealing with a mixed caseload, incorporating all aspects of residential work, there will be an aspect of marketing and business development in this role.
