Associate – Catastrophic Injury and Large Loss

Are you a personal injury solicitor looking for a new challenge in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

You will be defending a varied caseload of catastrophic injury matters and regularly appear in the Sheriff Court on behalf of insurance companies and self-insured commercial organisations. You will also be offered an opportunity to support more senior members of the team on the highest value claims.
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have gained experience in personal injury and be eager to learn new skills and develop your career within catastrophic injury. Previous experience in catastrophic personal injury and large loss claim would be advantageous but not essential. Experience from a pursuer clinical negligence or personal injury background would be considered.
You will be offered ongoing training and a competitive salary and benefits package with a leading international firm.
