Leading engineering company that operates globally requires a 3rd lawyer within the EMEA HQ that is based in London. Working under the direction of two highly experienced Senior Legal Counsels who have previously worked at leading City law firms, you will work both autonomously on your own project portfolio, jointly on some larger projects and work alongside internal stakeholders who are industry leaders in their respective disciplines. The role will involve primarily:

* Energy transition projects that will require the negotiation of bespoke EPC, FEED and PMC contracts
* Supporting on-going major projects with legal support and accurate, pragmatic advice
* Deal side - working on projects after the energy transition
* Provision of high-quality, solutions orientated advice to internal stakeholders
* Corporate working including the drafting and negotiating of joint venture agreements
* Developing and building key relationships with Clients' and Joint Venture Partners' legal teams

Good knowledge of project finance is advantageous and flexible working is available. Project finance lawyers are also strongly advised to apply. Location will not be an issue for the selected candidate.
