New opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join this long established Leicestershire firm.
The firm have a strong reputation in the market and seek an individual with 4+ PQE to join their highly regarded and busy department.
You will undertake a contentious and non-contentious employment law related matters including dealing with:
- Contracts and agreements
- Grievances and disciplinaries
- Settlement agreements
- Redundancies and restructures
- TUPE
Clients include recognised households names, owner managed businesses and individuals of high net wealth.
You will also participate in marketing activities for the team and firm overall.
