Real Estate Disputes Solicitor/Associate

BCL are excited to be working on a fantastic opportunity for a real estate disputes solicitor to join an established and highly experienced real estate disputes team in Birmingham.

The role

This role will suit a personable and hardworking real estate litigator with at least 2yrs experience who has a passion for real estate dispute work and is looking to join a busy team and undertake a combination of advisory and consultancy work alongside an active caseload of litigation. Working for a range of clients to include; corporates, investors and developers and in particular clients in the education sector.

The work

This team advises a mixed client base on a wide remit of commercial, residential and agricultural matters to include;

possession and forfeiture,
lease renewal, rent reviews,
adverse possession,
rights of way and anti-social behaviour

The candidate

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a genuine interest for property litigation work, solid technical knowledge, excellent time management skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines and be extremely enthusiastic and pro-active.
