As part of the firms succession planning our client who are a Chambers listed Legal 200 law firm are seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join the team in Reading.
 
The firm are well established and highly regarded due to the high levels of service, expertise and quality they provide to their Private clients.
 
The ideal candidate will need to be able to deal with the straightforward probate work with minimal supervision and assist on a range of other Private Client matters.
 
You will be working in a team of 4 other fee earners and have the full support of a collegiate team 
 
Under the supervision of the fee earners your duties will include:

• Dealing with the administration of estates, preparing Probate papers, realise assets and pay liabilities, distribute estates
• Draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney under the supervision of senior fee earners
• Produce accurate documentation, reports and correspondence using existing  precedents
• Ensure that files are maintained in a good order 
• Assist with research
• Assisting with the billing process
• Dealing with BACs forms for fee earners
