The Team

The Commercial team has 30 lawyers across the UK including 7 partners
Operates across all 11 offices
They work for clients across a wide range of sectors and cover strategic, complex and regulated procurements
Including working on platform development and licensing to digital transformation, outsourcing, blockchain and CCS frameworks, giving advise on business-critical issues for clients
Working for London clients.


The Role

Has occurred due to the growth of the team
Based in Cambridge, Northampton or Milton Keynes
Provide legal advice specifically to clients in the technology/IT sector.

About you

Have 5+ years PQE with experience specifically in technology/IT law.
Confident working independently on your own caseload
Be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships.
Ability to develop new relationships
Have a demonstrable passion for the work you do and be willing to go the extra mile
Demonstrate teamwork and relationship building skills
Must strive to provide highest levels of service to clients
Ambitious and organised with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
