About the Real Estate Solicitor role:

  • Tremendous opportunity to join this highly ranked Legal 500 practice and work on an entirely remote basis whilst dictating your own working pattern
  • Whilst this is a fee share model, it is unlike any other fee share in the market as you do not need to bring any work whatsoever, as all work is fed through for you and you do not need to deal with any business development or work generation.
  • You will be charging out at London rates and taking home 30% of fixed fees brough in for the business. 
  • There is zero non-chargeable, zero admin and zero business development to deal with, so you can focus solely on fee earning and earning money for yourself.
  • On top of this you have flexibility of when & where to work, many staff at the business take several weeks off during summer holidays to spend time with their kids & family. They also have offices that are free to use at your desire and available whenever you need. 

The ideal Real Estate Solicitor: 

  • The minimum requirement PQE for this role is 10 Years PQE and you will need to have gained experience of working as part of a Legal 500 listed Real Estate team as you will be dealing with blue chip organisations, global clients, Top 10 law firms and household names from across the private & public sectors.
