Employment Partner - Shrewsbury - £60,000 - £70,000
A Employment Partner (Senior Associate will be considered) is sought for a leading legal 500 firm in Shropshire. If you are an Employment Partner or Employment Senior Associate and you feel your current firm’s ambitions don't align with yours then take a look.
This reputable department comprising of two partners, two solicitors, trainee solicitors and support staff is seeking to appoint an Employment Partner within the Shropshire area to work from either its Telford or Shrewsbury office. This role is to replace a senior member of the team but does also follow in line with its expansion plans for its department.
You will join a highly experienced team handling matters acting for employers of all sizes to include small businesses to large national and international concerns including in relation to business transfers, the preparation of contracts of employment, effecting dismissals and conducting in-house training. You will also advise both employers and employees in connection with employment tribunal proceedings. This team has some exceptional quality work, a fantastic reputation and a collaborative approach to working!
To be considered our client is seeking a well established, confident and ambitious employment solicitor who has over eight years’ employment experience along with some management experience. Ideally you will have experience within a Legal 500 law firm along with being within a reasonable commuting distance to Shrewsbury or Telford 3 days per week.
The firm itself offers a modern and dynamic working environment but still maintains a friendly down to earth feel. The firm supports its employees and even employs a Learning and development manager to enable you to progress your career.
