Description

The successful commercial lawyer will manage legal matters for the France and Benelux regions of this global organisation. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a range of commercial matters, providing regulatory advice (namely on Consumer Credit/Payments matters) and monitoring new laws which may effect the business in these regions.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a commercial lawyer with fluent French speaking & writing ability. Ideally qualified in France/Benelux, although UK qualified candidates will also be considered, you will ideally have some experience of advising on commercial matters within a Financial Services environment.
