A long established and extremely well regarded Solicitors practice is looking to recruit a residential property Lawyer to their team in Loughborough

The successful candidate will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer able to demonstrate  experience of dealing with a caseload of residential conveyancing matters in their current or recent roles.  You will be friendly and personable in order to fit into the current team and to be able to provide a high level of service to the firms clients have come to expect of the firm. 

This is a practice who are regarded as being the go to firm in the local area. They have built up strong relationships with local agents and through recommendations and word of mouth referrals. They are a busy and successful team but this is not a high volume sort of environment so would suit lawyers looking for a more traditional Solicitors firm with an emphasis on quality over quantity whereby you can provide an individual and tailored service to each client.

The salary level for this position will be dependent on experience but will be very competitive and as part of a good overall package including generous annual leave policies and private healthcare, within a firm who truly look after their staff and as a result have a very low staff turnover.
