Commercial Property Associate | 5+ PQE | Nottingham | Hybrid

A national, full service law firm employing over 850 people nationally is seeking a commercial property associate (5+PQE) to join its commercial property team.

The Team

The Commercial Property team is one of the fastest growing real estate practices, having more than doubled income and significantly strengthened the team over the last two and half years.

They act for local and national developers, pension funds and venture capitalists as well as foreign investors on projects throughout the UK. The team also has advised on the development and sale of over 4m sq ft of town centre and out of town retail and leisure development as well as industrial and distribution hubs, offices and mixed use schemes.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a wide range of real estate experience to be involved in top quality work, working with high profile clients and supportive colleagues who have a depth and breadth of experience.
Work would include:

* sales and acquisitions (freehold and leasehold)
* secured lending
* development
* portfolio management
* investment
* landlord and tenant

You would be helping to build and grow the Commercial Property practice and would assist on large commercial property and development deals and manage your own caseload.

About You

The are looking for someone who has:

* 5 years PQE commercial property experience working within a law firm
* the ability to prioritise workload and cope with changing demands
* confident interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with clients and the team
* the ability to seek out and develop marketing opportunities
* good technical knowledge of Real Estate law
