NQ - 2 PQE Solicitor | Contentious Probate
A Legal 500 firm is looking for an NQ Solicitor to join their Contentious Probate team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to interesting work at a top firm.
My client is a full service law firm with offices across Surrey and South London. They are ranked in the Legal 500 across numerous departments and have an excellent reputation. Their contentious trusts and probate department have a superb reputation and deal with a good variety of matters including the validity of Wills, contentious trusts, Will construction, litigation arising from intestacy and the protection of the elderly.
This is a great fee earning role for a junior Solicitor. You must have litigation experience in contentious probate claims to be considered for the role. This position will be based in Guildford, within easy distance of public transport links.
