Pure Search are instructed on an exciting and rare opportunity with a litigation boutique looking for a Senior Associate with a clear path to partnership.
The Firm:
Based in the heart of the City, our client is made up of a large number of ex-Magic and Silver Circle partners and associates where there is a strong succession plan in play, with a view to finding the next generation of prospective partners to drive the firm forward.
This is a rare opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the most highly-respected disputes partners in the market as they coach and guide you in respect of business development, client management and some of the softer skills which come with being a salaried partner. The firm are highly ranked by Legal 500, particularly across international litigation and arbitration.
The Role:
This is a broad litigation role, encompassing everything from commercial litigation through to international arbitration, investigations, fraud disputes, competition litigation and shareholder disputes.
Examples of the firm's recent work includes:
- Advising a major international retailer in high-profile claims against credit card providers;
- Acting for a technology firm in a multi-jurisdictional dispute with a US-based energy conglomerate;
- Advising a large international private equity firm in respect of negligence, fraud and contractual disputes;
- Advising an international property developer in a large commercial lease arbitration across multiple jurisdictions.
About You:
You will have at least 5-years post-qualification disputes experience at a leading City law firm. You will have developed experience across a broad range of disputes and be at the stage where you're looking for a new challenge that will provide a clear and transparent path towards partnership that will be set out to you as part of the interview process. You will be someone that enjoys leading and acting as a mentor to more junior members of the team.
