Pure Search are instructed by one of the standout names in the Real Estate market, who are looking to make several hires into their growing Commercial Real Estate group from NQ-8PQE.

The Firm:

Our client has a track record of acting for a high-profile and international client base, seeing them work on some of the landmark development and investment projects in London in recent years. Their work has included advising in respect of private members clubs, hotels, luxury retail brands and high-end hotels, many of which are household name clients.

The firm place a strong emphasis on a work/life balance (c billable target hours) and, despite being one of the best paying firms amongst the mid-market practices, they place a firm emphasis on their associates having a life away from the office, both socially and in terms of CSR/charitable initiatives, a factor which is very important to the firm.

The Role:

Sitting within the Commercial Real Estate group, you will be exposed to a broad role including:

  • Sales and purchases for a range of corporate and retail occupiers, developers and high-net-worth individuals;
  • Complex retail, industrial and mixed-use development projects;
  • Real Estate Finance and bank lending;
  • Portfolio acquisitions;
  • Complex asset management and landlord and tenant matters.

About You:

You will have anywhere from 6 months to 8 years post-qualified experience, with a solid grounding in general commercial real estate transactions. You will have achieved consistently highly academically, gaining a degree from a Russell Group university, and have trained at a highly-regarded firm for Real Estate.

Our client is looking at multiple hires so at the senior end, you will ideally have had some exposure to business development, with an interest in networking both externally and across departments within the firm.
