Commercial Property Solicitor
Level: NQ - 2 PQE
An exciting opportunity to join a Top UK 70 law firm within the Commercial Property team in Worcester.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is NQ - 2 years PQE with experience in managing a real estate case load.
You would be responsible for advising on a wide range of issues across commercial property including landlord and tenant, planning issues, construction, funding of development sites, option agreements, and overarching sale agreements to name a few. In addition, you would maintain and develop your knowledge within Commercial property while working closely with the team.
On a day to day basis you will be working closely with the real estate partners and enjoying a varied case load of local and national clients.
