Clinical Negligence Solicitor
West Yorkshire
I am working with a strong regional West Yorkshire full-service practice who are looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor (claimant) to join their small, but well-regarded Clinical Negligence team.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience of dealing with a claimant clinical negligence caseload. Experience in more complex and high value matters such as cerebral palsy, other birth related cases, and severe injury is essential for this role.
The Role and Team
The team is small with a highly regarded Head of Department who has over 30 years’ experience and is a leader in the Clinical Negligence field, there is also an Associate Solicitor, a senior paralegal, paralegal and 2 legal secretaries within the team.
Due to the complexity of cases that the department deals with the caseload is relatively small, with a focus on providing high quality advice to clients in what is a traumatic period in their, or their loved one’s lives.
You will carry a caseload of varied complex matters including birth injuries, cancer cases, spinal cord injuries, amputations and more.
