The firms Corporate Energy team works on a wide range of transactions, deals and advisory matters, working closely with their cross-firm energy sector group, including corporate advice, joint ventures, M&A and fundraisings. The team also has a strong reputation working on community energy projects, often involving co-operatives, and on innovative, ground-breaking new projects.

The team boast a top class international and domestic client base, using their global network of preferred law firms. The team has considerable experience with complex and high profile transactions, as well as cross-border transactions.

Requirements
- 3+ PQE
- Well developed and capable lawyer with a strong commercial acumen
- Recent and relevant experience working on corporate energy transactions and deals
- Strong team player, able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively and demonstrate a willingness to learn and be self-motivated

As the successful Corporate Energy Lawyer you will be trusted with responsibility and will be given the support to develop into a first class transactional lawyer.
