Role: Actions Against Public Law Authorities - Paralegal / Caseworker
Leading law firm looking to recruit dedicated Paralegals for highly sought permanent position. Training contracts available for those with relevant experience.

The Role
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- To retain accreditation qualification if applicable.
- Undertake Fee-Earners work within your department
- To exercise financial control over work carried out, with particular regard to the conversion of work in progress and ensuring that billing targets are met.
- To ensure Quality Control compliance as defined in the Office Manual in regard to Lexcel,
- Investors in People and any other quality mark implemented by the firm, dealing with noncompliance matters in an efficient and timely fashion.
- To ensure the successful development of the firm, in line with the Business Plan, this will
- require participation in marketing events to ensure the continuous growth of the Department,
- and that the turnover target set for your Department is achieved.
- To assist in dealing with complaints received on your cases.
- To assist with audit enquiries, when applicable.
- To ensure successful development of the firm is in line with the Business Plan
- Legal casework in your area of law
- Any other reasonable relevant task required by Management
