We have an attractive opportunity for a Locum Family Solicitor seeking hybrid working to join a well-established practice in Greater London from early October for 3 months +
The opportunity
With a start within the next 2 weeks, the locum will support the firm with a private family caseload until the end of the year initially. The locum is required to assist whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis, therefore there is a potential for this role to extend into the New Year.
The client is happy to appoint a locum seeking a hybrid working role, providing 2 days per week are completed from the office.
This role is best suited to a locum seeking full time hours, with 4 days per week considered.
Responsibilities
The successful locum will be responsible for busy caseload of private family matters to include:
- Financial matters - this makes up the bulk of the caseload
- Divorces and separations
- Children Act cases
The client does not expect the locum to conduct their own advocacy.
