We have an exciting opportunity for a Locum Family Solicitor to join a L500 firm in Essex, to start early October for 3 months+ whilst the firm recruit on a permanent basis.
The opportunity
The locum will join a highly regarded L500 firm with multiple offices across Essex, for circa 3 months from early October, with potential to extend beyond this point.
This is a predominantly office-based role, with a small amount of remote working (circa 1 day per week) considered for the right candidate.
The firm are seeking a part time locum, ideally working 4 days per week, with candidates seeking other working patterns considered.
Responsibilities
The successful locum will be responsible for varied caseload of private family matters to include:
- Divorces / separations
- Financial matters
- Co-habitation agreements
- Pre-nuptial agreements
- Children Act cases
The locum will benefit from secretarial support, and conducting your own advocacy is not required for this position.
