BCL have been instructed on a fantastic opportunity for an NQ - 5 years PQE banking solicitor to join the Birmingham office of one of the UK's leading international practices.

The banking team at this firm are tier 1 ranked in the Legal 500 and have an impressive client base including; UK clearing banks, European and investment banks, independent financiers and investment funds as well as a range of borrowers ranging from listed companies to small enterprises.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior banking lawyer to gain exposure to a great range of work to include; acquisition finance, leveraged finance and real estate finance as well as asset based lending, securitisation and debt capital markets.

The firms excellent client base clearly reflects the firms strength and depth of service delivery. Applications are welcome from high calibre banking candidates already in the Midlands or looking to relocate.

The ideal candidate will be from NQ - 5 years PQE with general banking experience covering; private equity, corporate finance and real estate finance work. You will feel comfortable dealing directly with clients. You will also enjoy business development activities and be keen to raise your profile within the market.
