Disputes Lawyers

We have instructions from our client, a well-established US firm, to recruit a disputes lawyer with international arbitration experience to join their well-regarded London-based commercial disputes team. It is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious associate to join a busy collegiate team.

The role involves advising the firm's extensive client base on a broad range of commercial disputes matters. Whilst the position will focus on international arbitration, the successful candidate will also work on commercial litigation (High Court and International). The team act for clients from different sectors, including manufacturing, aviation, engineering, finance, and sports.

The ideal candidate will be England and Wales, or common law qualified with 1-3 years' PQE at a recognised disputes practice in the UK or internationally. They will have an excellent academic background and a stable career background.
