Residential Property Paralegal – Guildford – £22,000 - £26,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Paralegal to join a Legal 100 firm in Guildford.

The Conveyancing department is seeking a Paralegal to support the Residential Property team throughout the conveyancing process, as well as supporting senior team members with their tasks, as required.

Experience:

• Must be a good team player.
• LLB/LPC graduate 
• Good organisation with strong administration skills.
• Practical approach to problem solving.
• Able to produce a large quantity of work and complete tasks to key deadlines.
• IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Some experience of case management systems would be desirable.
• Excellent internal stakeholder and client handling skills.
• Confident telephone skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• An interest in conveyancing desirable.
