Commercial contracts lawyer

We are currently seeking an experienced commercial contracts lawyer to join our legal team supporting a leading Blue Chip company in the Telecoms industry.  

The ideal candidate will:

• Have 2-4 years PQE plus a current practising certificate;
• Have experience gained from drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts, in addition to a strong academic record, excellent team ethic and good interpersonal skills;
• Display comprehensive understanding of the legal and regulatory framework;
• Possess the ability to work under time pressure to demanding timescales;
• Be proactive, energetic, resilient, effective at prioritising, and able to handle multiple matters at the same time.

You will be working in a fast moving environment as part of a highly regarded team on complex matters.
