Commercial Litigation Solicitor – City of London - £70,000 - £80,000
This successful City firm who act for an array of clients including national PLCs are seeking a commercial litigation solicitor to join the team.
The personal approach they take to their clients is what sets the firm apart from most of their competitors, taking time to understand their needs and providing legal solutions accordingly. They are keen to hire a commercial litigation solicitor to work closely with the partner who heads the team.
You will be dealing with a range of commercial litigation work such as contract disputes, negligence claims, debt recovery, shareholder and director disputes. You'll be joining a small established team taking on an existing caseload, working with a wide range businesses including long standing clients of the firm, ranging from SMEs to national PLCs.
Ideally you will have at around 3 to 7 years of post qualification experience in commercial litigation and be confident in working autonomously, although support from the partners will be available whenever required. The firm has an established client base but they are ambitious and intend to continue to grow so you should also be keen to play your part in marketing and business development.
