A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a residential conveyancer to join a small high street law firm with a high staff retention rate! This traditional practice based in Shrewsbury can offer free on-site parking, one day home working each week along with working with a manageable caseload of up to 40 files.
Our client based in Shrewsbury is seeking a residential conveyancer to join their team due to the retirement of a solicitor who has been with them for a very long time. You will join a small knit team to include the partner and secretarial support handling an array of local matters to include sales, purchase (freehold and leasehold) transfers, re-mortgage some new build matters etc. The firm really believe in providing an exceptional client service and as such they keep the caseload manageable of around 40 live files at any one time.
This is a great opportunity for a conveyancing solicitor, legal executive or fee earner who can handle a caseload without significant supervision and who is more suited to a traditional practice and a more traditional way of working, including lots of client contact!
