The Role:

• This is a highly rewarding opportunity for a Residential Property Legal Director to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
• As a result of their success & reputation in the market, they receive an abundance of referrals firmwide, opening up an opportunity to establish and develop a residential property department
• As a result, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of residential property, including sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, transfers of equity and new builds
• Given the nature of referrals, much of the work is high-value & complex for a broad range of HNW individuals, investors and developers, making for a challenging yet rewarding working lifestyle
• As a Legal Director, you will also play a leading role in the development of the department, providing support to the junior members of the team & getting involved in further business development

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE
• Clear understanding of relevant legal issues
