Family Solicitor or Legal Executive
Halifax
This sociable yet prestigious law firm is offering an ambitious Family Solicitor or Legal Executive the opportunity to take on a portfolio of diverse and interesting clients.
This is a great opportunity to join an experienced dedicated Legal 500 recommended Family team.
You will be commercially minded, ideally NQ to 4 years' PQE (PQE level is flexible and the firm encourage all applicants with relevant experience to apply) to take over an existing varied caseload of both legal aid and privately funded Family matters including divorce, financial issues arising from a divorce , domestic abuse and children act proceedings.
Previous experience of legal aid is desirable. You will be confident managing your own caseload and be expected to hit the ground running.
The successful Family Solicitor or Legal Executive will be client focused, have excellent communication skills, commercially minded with a proven track record in billing. Based at our Halifax office you will part of a team with your own assistant but will have the support from the wider family team located in other offices.
Salary will be competitive and dependent on experience. The firm offers a benefits package, as well as realistic opportunities for development and progression.
