My client is a well established Warwickshire based high street practice that has provided commercial and private client services to the businesses and individuals of the Coventry, Warwickshire and West Midlands area for over 100 years.
The firms commercial property team advise investors, landlords and businesses as a whole on a range of transactional matters. My client is now seeking to recruit a relatively junior Solicitor/Legal Executive to work closely with an experienced Partner and build a long term career within the team.
From the outset you will manage your own caseload of work and therefore the firm would like to see candidates who have strong existing property experience, whether this be commercial or residential as some of the initial workload may include buy-to-lets, remortgages, bridging finance, HMO type work. This will enable you to gain a foothold while the firm train and support you in developing your commercial property experience.
My client is open on background and will consider a junior Solicitor or Legal Executive or equally a paralegal if they can demonstrate a commercial mindset and have sufficient property experience to be able to manage certain matters from the outset.
