This firm is L500 ranked with a leading department in commercial property handling all matters, including but not limited to Landlord & Tenants, Commercial Leases, Acquisition & Disposals and Residential Development. It provides a varied choice to specialise or to "wear many hats".

Requirements

• 1+ years PQE
• A knowledge, according to experience, of all usual Commercial Property areas.
• An ability to relate well and advise clients.
• An enthusiasm to network and engage with introducers and develop and maintain a thriving caseload.
• An ability to manage your own workflow and meet deadlines and targets.
