- Deal with matters including tenancy enforcement, defend housing disrepair claims, tenancy management and leasehold disputes
- Provide support to the partner with existing caseloads and take responsibility for new work
- Supervise and assist junior members of the team
- Contribute to the departments business development objectives
The Candidate:
- 2-6 PQE
- Experience within Social Housing Litigation
- Strong commercial awareness
