The Role:

• The Firm are looking for a Residential Property Partner to join their dynamic office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
• As a result of their success & reputation in the market, they receive an abundance of referrals firmwide, opening up an opportunity to establish and develop a residential property department
• As a result, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of residential property, including sales & purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgaging, transfers of equity and new builds
• Given the nature of referrals, much of the work is high-value & complex for a broad range of HNW individuals, investors and developers, making for a challenging yet rewarding working lifestyle
• As a Partner, you will also oversee the expansion of the department, playing a pivotal role in business development & management of the wider team

The Ideal Candidate:

• A well-established Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
• Strong business development capabilities
• First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
